Thank you for considering the Law Office of Keith Richard Frederick.
The following three steps must be taken to hire KRF.
- Contact KRF to discuss your legal needs and to determine
whether KRF would be appropriate counsel. KRF will also verify that there would be no conflict of interest
by accepting you as a client.
- Choose an appropriate attorney-client agreement to control the relationship with KRF:
1) KRF Attorney-Client Agreement,
2) Limited Scope Virtual Counsel Agreement, or
3) arrange a separate agreement unique to your situation.
- Sign the appropriate attorney-client agreement and make the required initial payment.
The attorney-client agreement
may be executed online, or
there may be a transmission by postal mail or facsimile. The initial payment may be made by post
or online via PayPal (Note a PayPal account is
not required).
Once you are a client then you may request counsel via the
Control Panel,
or by other means, such as telephone, facsimile or post. In person meetings require that
a retainer be paid up
front, and you will be billed by the hour unless another arrangement has been made.
